The worst thing is the manager's attitude regarding dealing with non-Portuguese people. The English menu is not priced, there is no wine list - you just get shown a shelf with unpriced bottles, and the only beer on offer is from Portugal.
There are much better places to go for real Portuegese food than this.
We, my wife and I, were actually in a really good mood, that was until we went to the restaurant. We were not seated, we were pointed to our seats. When asked about the menu, he waiter was actually upset.
The food portions are qute big, quite salty for my taste buds. The service however is horrendous. No smile, no welcome, it is almost like ...
I've been a couple of times, it is one of those place where you 'have' to go. The food is pretty good, portions are large and cheap, but the place is always too crowded, and and it is filthy - even by Macau standards.

We found a cockroach in our Sangria. Not even a Sorry from the junior owner.
Since 1999, I used to go to Fernando's several times. However the attitude of the waiters especially the owners is getting worse and worse. Last April we found a cockroach in our Sangria. The junior owner did not even bother to say sorry. It was really embarrassing, since we had guests from overseas visiting us the first time in Hong Kong ...

This a great place to go on a sunday if you have more than a few people 4 or 5 over the food is good. The pig, prawns in clam sorcue, Stude beef, .Its only cheap cuts. Though with lots of garlic Although i have been many times i had a bad stomach a few times after going. Its a nice place to go. The two owners are as rude as you would ever ...
The food was average for Macau. Service was slow, and when we sent a dish back because it was undercooked, the manager was surprisingly rude about it.
This is a restaurant that is largely resting on it's laurels. I was there ten years ago, and back then it was actually good. Now it's just not worth the trip out.
Love the suckling pig and crab in a pot. Also feel it is great value for beers and wine. Will most definitely go again!!! Got a cab from the ferry and driver told us to go back bus which cost very little!!
They have made their name that it seems they have "I dont care attitude". Ordered BBQ chicken and grilled fish and the chicken was some red (uncooked) and the grilled potatoes and vegies were "dead" soggy. Told the waitress and she was kind enough to speak to the boss and over the table I could see his response by body language ...

I am an Australian foodie and have just spent ten days in Hong Kong for the rugby sevens (my first rugby game ever). During our stay we ate at Yung Kee's in Central, HK, the Tung Po Seafood Restaurant at 2/F Java Rd. Complex Cooked Ctr., 99 Java Rd., North Point(AKA Robbies) and the night street restaurants at at the back of the South Pacific ...
