i love the food here, the fish tea and roast jerk fish taste so good. I am definitely going back there if i ever have the chance.

Authentic and delicious meals. Jerk, Barbecue, Rice & Peas, Roasted Fish, I would particularly recommend the Jerk Burger and your choice of Juices. There is a good reason why this franchise is so successful, and it is simple - delicious food.

it waz awesome nice and empty. But the one in Soverign Centre has bad service! I spent a half an hour waiting for a simple burger and a yabba i mean come on! The best Grill restaurant in Jamaica. They should open some in the United States. They would make a lot of money. Also they would make more money than Burger King & KFC. I just can't wait to go back to Jamiaca to eat me some Island Grill.

Recently in Jamaica for two weeks. Went out several days and nights to sample island foods. The Island grill is not "fast food" but it is worth the wait! Exceptional flavor in there jerk!I was fortunate enough to have a Jamaican friend show me around. Be sure to atleast eat there two or three times! Remember to seek what else Jamaica has to offer!!

Island Grill is a must try when you go to Jamaica. It's fast service & good variety of meals are to die for. Yes there are other restaurants but island grill gives you a taste of what Jamaican food is all about. From the Jerk chicken to jerk fish, pumpkin rice & callaloo rice, rice & peas, festival & much more, it will have you coming back for more. Its an amazing place & it's all over the island. A must go!

i love it. i have it when i land in mo bay and before i leave, and as much as i can in between then.

i love everything about this place especially the fact that they cater for people who are on a diet by offering salads..... .which are delicious!!!!
