I'm a regular visitor to kilkenny's River Nore, I always fish upriver of the brige in thomastown up to the Weir and then up as far as the viaduct (about half mile upstream of bridge). what beautiful scenery to behold but the fishing (especially brown trout) is unparalled to anywhere i have fished before.
