This is absolutely an historical place, i have go upstairs and can imagine how Dutch Colonial Government used to watch the circulation of ships and security of Jakarta(Batavia) at that time. Before you enter, take a look on the footstep before the door, there is chinese words plagued on the stoned floor..

How come people let the place dirty and not maintained in all aspects..
