Best Japanese in Europe. What utter codswallop. How many have you been to... 2 ?
Sushimoto was an average restaraunt at best which was overpriced and the portions were far too smal. The staff were also pretty awful and as for the head chef...it must have been having a bad day when I was there.

Amazing Food!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/25/07
If you are looking for great sushi but also want to eat steak and other cooked items, go to this restaurant! It's the best Japanese restaurant in Frankfurt or anywhere else! Make sure to make a reservation as it is very popular. Can't wait to visit Mr. Sakamoto (the owner/sushi chef) and eat his amazing food in August again!

The Best Sushi Hands Down in Europe!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/05
I have known Sushimoto for a long time now, almost 10 years, and I have to say, they have the best sushi I have ever had in Europe. The Sushi chef and the owner, Mr. Sakamoto is a real, legit Sushi chef, a total perfectionist and just awesome! Dinner can be a little bit expensive but totally worth it for the food. For budget minded people, I would suggest to go for lunch.

Ichi-ban Sushi
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/03/05
Very pricey if you eat in the evening and you need to book well in advance, but set menu lunch is great value if all you fancy is a plate of sushi!
You know it's good when the Japenese choose to have lunch there!
At €15 for a lunch combo, it's the best deal in town!!! One of a few places in Frankfurt where authentic Japanese cuisine is served, unlike some of the sushi buffet places around. Plus it's more roomy than most of the others and has a much nice ambience. I'm a regular and go every week!
