Myself and 4 others went to the la bamba in june 2006, Saturday night is definately the best night to go with a mixture of locals & holiday makers , it was inexpensive to get in and all the drinks are free, you do have to leave a small tip for the bar staff, the band were amazing it was like going back to the 50s, not that ever seen the 50s.
If you like to salsa then this is a must, people are dancing on every available inch of space
