A disappointmentThe pier would be a good place to take a walk through and shop with local vendors, however don't plan a special trip to visit this destination.OVERALL

Zhangiao Pier and QingdaoI was there in September of 2002! You can get a great view of Qingdao from the Zhangiao Pier. And, you can imagine the yachting competition that will take place in the waters around you during the 2008 Summer Olympics. Without yachts in the water, the Zhangiao Pier is a great place for people watching.
