    FINE BASQUE FOOD. GOOD WAITERS.PERSONAL ATTENTION FROM OWNER. CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN TO VINA DEL MAR TO SEE MY GOOD FRIENDS AT DELICIAS DEL MAR.

    Elegant, eclectic furnishings! Intimate size; service was very good. In Chile, when you go for a nice dinner, they do not rush you to finish. You are expected to spend the whole evening. A good variety of selections on the menu, mostly seafood. An excellent wine list (the norm in Chile -- study your Chilean wines before you go). Although ...
