I loved Ruby Falls, and would definately do it agin. The falls were very powerful while we there and I really thought the were gorgeous. Didn't feel herded, it was a guided tour what do expect. Didn't notice that the formations had been excessively damaged. It wasn't perfect but it wasn't as awful as everyone else makes it out to be. The falls were well worth it!

Must see this place
By feelou2001, 09/04/06
We went on the second busiest weekend of the year,so the tour took a little longer than the one hour that we were told, but that just gave us more time to look around. There was some damage to some of the formations, but not bad considering it's beenopen to the public for over 70 yrs.The tour guide was great answering all questions with both ...

We had so much fun
By Sheri, 03/12/06
We loved the whole experience. From finding our way to our destination to the breath taking views. We loved the tour guides and the service. Prices were a little steep but that is anywhere you go now a days. We are planning another trip in the summer. The kids brought back so much from this trip. They not only had fun but learned a whole lot too.

Ruby Falls a Must See
By A Yahoo! Contributer, 01/05/06
Wow, what an experience. Ruby Falls far exceeded my expectation and provided me and my family with a cherished set of memories.
Everything was great from the friendliness of the staff, the facilities and the waterfall itself is absolutly unbelievable.
In this world of theme parks, and homoginized trendy tourist draws it is good to know that historic family run places like Ruby Falls are still the absolutly must sees.

Absolutley loved the town and Ruby Falls.....During a business trip, my boss and I were able to take a trip up to Ruby Falls. WE were amazed. Our trip was in February and we went aroung 6:30 or 7. Our group was only 4 people. WE had plenty of time to pics of everything, and would not recommend going with a larger group. WE were able to walk ...

Something to see once in your life
By mgc_bob, 07/31/06
My wife and I took our just-turned-3-year-old with us to see Ruby Falls.
Sure, we were in a group that consisted of 2 elevator loads of tourists, but our tour guide, Aerin was nice, helpful and knowledgable.
We had to step aside and let "survivors" (people returning from the falls) pass by, but on our way out, fresh tourists ...

My family and I visited chattanooga this past month, December. We visited Rock City Ruby Falls And the Incline along w/ Tenn. Aquarium, Creative Disc. Museum and Raccoon Mtn. Caverns. We hadsd to wait for the miserable elevator, claustrophobic do not go on this ride, stand in the passage with about 30+ more people to see the "Falls," ...

Ruby Falls was breathtaking!
By A Yahoo! Contributer, 09/05/07
My husband and I really enjoyed the falls. There is a small wait time to get on the tour and the size of your group depends on the time of the season. We had around 30 people in our group. The tourguide was very talkative and informative but it was a relaxed atmosphere. They take their time so that you are not rushed and have time to enjoy your ...
