Sure, we were in a group that consisted of 2 elevator loads of tourists, but our tour guide, Aerin was nice, helpful and knowledgable.

We had to step aside and let "survivors" (people returning from the falls) pass by, but on our way out, fresh tourists ...

The only thing we disliked is knowing we had to leave. The location is awsome. The mountains is magestic. We will return and tell our family and friends.

The crowds were unbelievable. Crowd crontrol was poor. The cave hike was wice as long as advertised because the groups of people hoping to actually see the falls were too large. We loved the whole experience. From finding our way to our destination to the breath taking views. We loved the tour guides and the service. Prices were a little steep but that is anywhere you go now a days. We are planning another trip in the summer. The kids brought back so much from this trip. They not only had fun but learned a whole lot too.

Everything was great from the friendliness of the staff, the facilities and the waterfall itself is absolutly unbelievable.

In this world of theme parks, and homoginized trendy tourist draws it is good to know that historic family run places like Ruby Falls are still the absolutly must sees.
