We just got back from our trip. Rock City was by far the best thing we did there. Not very crowded, and you can go at your own pace. It's breathtaking! I will go back again! We loved it! I would love to go in the fall when the leaves are changing
You can't even imagine how beautiful this place is. You will do a bit of walking, so make sure you have comfortable shoes. The view is a must see.

Had a very wonderful, enjoyable day here. The entire place is spotless and there's something new to see at each turn. The rock formations are incredible and views not to be missed. I don't like heights so opted out of the swinging bridge but didn't seem as bad as advertised, I probably could have managed it. The only thing I ...

First time I visted Rock City was with my wife during our honeymoon, December 2005. I returned last year with my mother in law to show her how beautiful it is. It's views are spectacular and the service is great. The Kettle Corn is awesome...everytime we leave we have to bring back about 6 bags for people back at home. If you go in the winter ...
We spent the first afternoon of our vacation at Rock City and it was a great start. Growing up I had always saw the barns with see rock city and I had always wanted to visit and we weren't disappointed. The view is amazing and walking around checking out all of the rock formations made for a very enjoyable afternoon.
I was a little worried about this being a tourist trap. I however thoroughly enjoyed myself and would recommend this stop to others. It does require quite a bit of walking and I think it might be miserable if it was real hot. The fairy land cave was very enjoyable even for my older kids. Two thumbs up!!

FUN FOR YOUNG AND OLD
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/01/07
I have traveled all around the U.S., and Rock City is STILL my favorite place to visit. Probably best to visit on a clear day. The food is O.K., the fairyland at the end is for ages 10 and under, but the rest of the park is beautiful. Take your time, and your camera.
Schlock Schity, the Dismallyland of the great outdoors. Why pay $10.00 to walk around on rocks when you can do a little research and find a natural alternative?
On the plus side, this is a famous southern destination and it's an appropriate place for young kids, seniors and handicapped who would not be comfortable on an unpaved trail.
