Carolina Cafe is a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is quaint and warm. The service is friendly and efficient. And the food is superb. The Savory Summerville sandwhich lives up to its description as the best grilled cheese in town. The French toast made from cinnamon-apple bread is to die for. The omelets are light and delicious with the cheese melted perfectly inside, unlike that cardboard atrocity at IHOP. Can't wait to go back!
