My family and I went on the first day it was opened to the public and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the whole place. It was pretty much completed and fun to see my son watch the animals. However it was cheaper than normal, but still a little expensive. If I had several children it would be much harder to afford the admission

It's a tad pricey, but Oklahoma's only aquarium is a must see! I loved it: it's a great place to take the family. Having seen the world record paddlefish caught by Shane the Snag em McCleary, I didn't think there would be anything even close to it. I was wrong. The oklahoma aquarium even had bigger and better fish. I was impressed.

I liked the pool area for the kids to observe the marine life. A very good place to take the family, and all the aquariums are really nice and clean. The large catfish was very interesting to see. My whole family enjoyed it very much.

The OK Aquarium is very educational and interesting for children and their families. However, be prepared to spend between $50-$100 for a family of 5! Mostly because of the very high admission costs. Also the walking areas to see these amazing creatures is too small of a space. The person next to you is shoulder to shoulder with you.

I know they don't have to do it because they have enough business at full price... but if they had a bargain day or a family price for those who don't want to pay for an annual membership, it might give the "average" family a little more incentive and/or ability to see all the wonderful exhibits.
