this is a good bouldering gym. the tope ropes are too short. this gym should really just lower the ceiling and become 2 floors of bouldering. also, the floor could have better crash pads, some of the final moves are high to be landing on the padded floor. overall the routes are good especially if you are a strong boulderer. it's a fun place and the owner is the nicest, coolest gym owner i've met. very positive.
