Big Jakes BBQ is a little gem along Mamalahoa Hwy South of Kailua in the Captain Cook area! This place must be carefully spied out along the Mauka (Mountain) side of the highway, but it's well worth tracking down this delicious smoke embellished meat! When you have had too much Katsu Chicken from elsewhere, this is welcome taste!
