ExcellentActually Mother and Father run the bar. If you check the photos on the wall you will see the father in his youth. The sons - Jean francois and Raphael are very friendly. Meet the familyThis was a delightful experience - Mom behind the bar, the kids wait tables and I guess Dad's in the kitchen. Restaurant is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday because Mom and Dad decided that would be the only way they could have a quality family life. The best is worth waiting forThis is simply the best restaurant in Nice, we tried several in the week we were there and found them over priced and with a few exceptions produced almost inedible food.
