staff is so unprofessiona;, they woyuld rather sit and talk to each other rather than answer the phone. impossible to get reservations!

they are pretty bad at answering the phones and the guy in the store is pretty rude....a d**k but as far as hanna park goes it is a really good experience, just stay away from those dumb a*#'s . you really don't need them.. just go in and deal with them for as long as you have to.. get your map and enjoy.. its a nice place its beautiful... ...

Never camped here before. But I took my kids here for my daughters birthday and we all had a great time. They enjoyed the water park and playground.And afterwards we went to the beach can't beat it! I also bring my family and friends here when they come to visit.

I have been trying to get through to someone for three days now. The recording continues to go in a circle from one recording to another. I'm surprised people have actually stayed here. From the previous, maybe they are out harassing campers to anwser the phones.
