Been there, done thatThe place is small and a bit dirty. But we enjoyed the country/western bar. They give free line dance instructions and there is a mechanical bull, which was entertainment in itself.
Restaurant wise, I was excited to try Cajun food, so we ate at the Bourbon Bayou. The service dampened my mood. We were seated right away, but the cold, hard bread was ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Great SpotMy family loves visiting the Landing! We enjoy everything from the restaurants to the Riverwalk! You have everything at your disposal from food to nightclubs to free bands. There is no charge! We get downtown often to visit the Landing! Safe and family friendly!OVERALL

nice location on the river, needs more entertainment.there is a good variety of places to eat there and a nice open courtyard. They recently added a fountain in the center, which we noticed had gross/green slime & algae growing on the brick, not well taken care of. we have been there at times where there is a good crowd, ie: concert, live band or holiday.
