I would recommend the Calusa Nature center to all who like animals and the great outdoors. The walking trails are very nice. You can get a family pass for a year for about $40, not bad for all of the extra activities that they have throughout the year.

I thought this was a great place! Small but filled with lots to do; nature trails, animal shows where you get to see and touch them up close, planetarium shows, a butterfly aviary, and they take care of animals that cannot take care of themselves. It only costs 8$ for adults and you can easily spend 1/2 day or more.

If you like boredom then this is the place for you. Its a below avg. nature trail and all the normal animals you can see at a petco big deal. Except they have 1 alligator 1 bob cat and about 6 big birds. Never will go there again. If you want to see a real one go to jungle garden in sarasota fl. 1000 times beter and only 1hr away.

Very fun way to see reptiles and other animals up close. I cant wait to go there again and touch more animals! Its so fun!

Excellent!!! They have Butterflies and Bald Eagles up close!!! The nature trails are fun too. You never know what you might see.
PS - Don from Pennsylvania needs to stay in Pennsylvania.
