California State did it again, a long time ago. Lots of land, The Lake, open all year, bear, deer, raccoon, etc... No hook-ups but they do have showers in the summer and a dump station. Rest rooms all year with A plug. Wi Fi in certain areas. Hiking/cross-country anything/history/etc...
