Free! Nice nature trail with signs explaining the meadows, marshes, forests and streams and their role in keeping Lake Tahoe beautiful. Amazing cut-away view of a living stream. We saw several species of fish, including rainbow trout. The highlight was watching two crawfish fight over a dead fish, which ended with one of them dragging the corpse off.

Perfect for a quick family outting (an hour or two). My kids loved the short hike through the forest, the beautiful creekside trail, and the stream profile. We loved the cost...FREE. Depending on what time of the year you visit you can see some really cool fish in the stream profile. Late summer is the best, but anytime is fine.

It was too long of a walk and the whole thing was boring! If you want to waste your $$ then go here. Visit this in the winter...

This was a nice way to go on a short "hike" with young kids. Really not much to see in the chamber if the salmon are not running. We found the walk to go there and back was the fun part.

This place is the best. Great learning tool for the kids and nice exhibit. The trail is acessable by bicycle from the south with just a small walk to the chamber,,,Have gone back for 15 consecutive years...
