Northstar is a great mountain for ski vacations. The mountain is large with lots of lifts, but most importantly, it is easy to get around and works well for a family or group.

The new village offer more onsite housing, restraurants and shopping. Hotels are also available in Truckee and many folks drive up from Reno.

This is my favorite North Lake Tahoe ski resort.
