I used to work for them. The worst management ever. They instruct the staff to make sure they get as much money as possible, even if it means losing a few customers by screwing them over. Food is past its expiration date before it is served. The cooking facilities are only cleaned when they know a health inspection is coming. The Event Room run by Norma Walsh is the only worthwhile thing. Do not waste your time and money on this place.

I hate the place it has bad service and it smells funny. and the people there r just flat out mean. Food sucks i hate it.

I was disappointed with the service that was provided. The man was very rude to me and my boyfriend when it came down to paying the amount that was due as well as returning th id back. I dont think we will be going back.

This place was great! We had our company party here and all had a wonderful time! We added Lazer tag for team building, which was also fun, the only time you can get back at your co workers :) or just have a little fun :). We also got food there, we were surprised at how good it was for being from a bowling alley, plus it was all you can eat! ...

We had a Grad Night at Country Lanes and where very satisfied with the service from management and personnel. They where very helpful and assisted us throughout the event. I highly recommend them for a large party. Do NOT use the florist in the building, she is not associated with Country Club Lanes. DO NOT USE Floral Quintessence.

Great for parties of all ages! Brought my daughter for a prize arcade party then came back for a girls night out. They put in new tvs and upgraded their laser tag place too. Thought it was pricey but after checking other places and what they offer, I was definitely happy with my decision to spend my money with them.

Their party staff is very helpful and great with kids! They make it hassle-free. Going back soon for a laser tag party!

The bar and pool room have soot on the ceiling. There are holes in the ceiling from dryrot as well. The bathrooms are filthy. The staff however is fairly nice. The crowd can be a little rough.

I went there for a party and won a jackpot in the arcade. Bowling was AWESOME!!! 4 STARS!!!! I haven't been there since,but I'm always remembering it and hoping someday I'll go back.

I'm glad someone else noticed that the shoe rental guy is rude. I define rude in this instance by saying he seemed to have the attitude that he was doing me a favor. I can't stand that. The shoes are great, however, but I think I deserve them. He may have not thought so.
