We go to the Folsom area about four times a year and always try to go Bidwell Street. Although the service is inattentive, the atmosphere is very nice. The appetizers/puff soup/ceasar salad are always fantastic. The main courses are hit or miss and usually very salty. A glass of wine, salad or soup, and appetizers are the way to go here.
