The ambiance is more of a 'party' atmosphere...VERY loud. We went as a party of four on a WEEKNIGHT after 6:30 & it was VERY hard to hear anything. The tables are VERY close together, almost claustrophobic. The service was ok - we had to wait several times for her to bring things - or check back with us to see if we needed anything. ...

The selection is varied and delicious! Service was prompt and curteous! I enjoyed the sushi and the other food they had to offer. My daughter is also now a fan of sushi!

The food is always fresh and delicious! I can't help but smile when I walk in the door and all the chefs greet you... LOUDLY! HA HA it's a wonderful place. 4 thumbs up!

We love the food at all the Mikuni restaurants but the one in Roseville was way too loud. We sat at the Sushi bar and the chefs yell everytime sometone walks by them. Since the sushi bar is located in the center of the restaurant the yelling is constant making it impossible to talk to the person your dining with. We both left with headaches.

Chefs are much more friendly and accomodating compared to those in the LA area. Menu is diverse and large.
