    The best restaurant that has ever been at that location. Their salmon is the best in Highland Park. The staff is top notch.

    My wife and I have been eating at Bluegrass for the past two years on a regular basis. Dave, the chef, does a great job with infusing some Creole spices into everyday dishes that make them very special. The salmon on a plank is the best we've ever had.
