Hands down the best meal we have had in years. Food was expertly prepared, the ingredients were fresh as could be, and the service was terrific. We have a new bar spot for drinks and a light bite, and a new restaurant for special occasions. It's not often, in an age of prepared foods and microwave ovens, that you actually get the quality for which you pay. To the chefs and staff at Joshua's -- thank you for a great night out!
