We did the tour early last year only to be told by the cruise company and also a tour guide at the factory they are stopping the tour. I had previously done the tour back in the late 80's when you could actually take the non pefect chocolates out of boxes next to the processing machines. Go to Mt Wellington and enjoy a nice walk instead (it's the healther option).

Don't go !!they no longer have the factory tour you pay your entry then are taken to a room for a video and then your taken to the shop,go to a supermarket same deal mike
Once you get over the attire and prepping to enter the factory (not that bad honest) the tour is informative and visually pleasing particularly for chocolate lovers. If you have the chance you must experience it. The tour ends with a trip through the discount shop so you can stock up on all the favourites. Just a tip the shop is only open to tour participants and not the general public and you MUST book or you could miss out.

This is a chocolate lovers dream come true. Learn all about the making of the chocolate, and grab as many samples as you can possibly hold in two hands.
