After a wonderful day spent in your city ,we arrived back at the statin only to find our train was delayed.A very nice lady took on our worries and checked on the follow on connection from DONCASTER to our home destination.She ensured the train would wait for us ,ifeel this was a genuine kindness not just part of her job.Once again thankyou i am sure the lady concerned knows who she is.
