My bride and I got married here over 20 years ago. My parents were the first to be married in this chapel many years prior according to their guest book. That made it even more special. On my trip to Reno after many years of being away from the area I was shocked and dissappointed that it was no longer there. We were planning on renewing our vowes here on our 25th... Now I guess we will have to find someplace else since it would not be the same.

So my daughter did too, but the minister got a call in the middle of the ceremony, and TOOK IT.

We were married here 19 years ago,we were young and it was terrific for us,we are still very happily married,sad to hear it's gone..The downtown Reno parade was going on the day we got married,that was fun..

My wife and I were married here in 1999 and came back in Dec. 2008 to renew our vows. To our dismay, the chapel is no longer here and has been demolished. The city of Reno bought the land and has future plans for the sight. Another wedding chapel down the street (Silver Bells Chapel, I believe) bought the Park Wedding Chapel name, phone number, etc. and continues to keep up with the customer base. It's just not the same though:(

Great little chaple. People are nice and the price is good. Of course you can buy all the extra that they have, then it can get expensive.

This was a wonderful wedding chapel where my husband and I got married 3 years ago. Everything about our wedding was perfect thanks to the staff, venue etc.

Unfortunately this beautiful chapel was bull-dozed this month (May 07) due to redevelopment in downtown Reno.

What a waste...

We loved the Park Wedding Chapel and are planning to return in June to renew our vows after 10 years of being happily married!
We loved the quite, quaint atmosphere and hope the same minister will do the renewal vows!

The chapel was perfect, it was very nice and the employees were extremely helpful. We were young and it fit our personalities. We made a pact to return to renew our vows in 20 years this Valentines weekend.

My parents were married here in 1972. My husband and i decided to get married here also in 1993. We are approching our 10 year wedding anniversery. I hope to come back and renew our wedding vows in March 2007.
