We paid for our tour (Helicopter to the Grand Canyon) and did not get picked up. None the less they failed to call us to let us know the tour was canceled. I was disappointed with this tour because of where my wife and I were seated in the helicopter. If you take this tour, get the seats on the left side of the helicopter because the tour is counter-clockwise and you only have a clear view if seated on the left side.
