I had an accident while travelling with my kids, and was airlifted to the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, pending surgery. I knew from the past experience that the Circus Circus is very kid friendly, so I made arrangements for my adult son and 3 younger kids to stay at the Circus Circus. Not only were they giving an excellent room rate, but the ...

dirty,sleezy and a bit scarey
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/18/06
It was over crowed with people who looked like they crawled out of a sewer! The place had about as much charm as a carnival in the getto! Do not go there with your children it is not safe!
We got there in the evening, our room had been given away and they did not have our reservation. After some yelling and screaming they upgraded us to a suite which was great but it looked like it was furnished in the 1950's and never updated. Would not stay there again.

Only two good rides
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/26/06
This place is for very young children. It's like a circus tent of kiddie land. Anyone over 9 can't ride all but a few rides and only two rides there are large scale amusement park rides, other than that there's a bunch of midway games. The two rides they have are great, but after 4 hours my friend got a little sick of the log ride. Parents-don't dump your kids here too long.

Ok but needs improvement.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/22/06
I went to frightdome last night. In Oct. on weekends adventuredome becomes frightdome.
Frightdome in itself had very good actors in make up. The lighting while trying to be scary came off more like a rock video on a broken TV. There was in places little or no light and the path could not be seen. To say the least I stumbled and hurt my foot. As ...
It might have been 11 years ago when I went and stayed at Circus Circus. I can remeber it like it was yesterday. I think it was when the Adventure Dome was first opening. Either way I had so much fun and I am planning on taking my own kids there one day soo....A+ from me you guys ROCK!!!!
Very few rides (most were either closed or "in repair"). The staff (the few that bothered to show up that weekend) were discouteous, bored, and rude. The atmosphere was one of anger and, quite frankly, of a waste of time. Do not go there, way too many other family-friendly things to do in Vegas!
What a piece of trash. I believe this is the worst hotel on the strip. Extremely dirty. Packed with screaming kids. We didnt stay there, we toured the hotel and stayed for about 45 minutes and couldnt take it anymore. Stay far far away unless your idea of a vacation is going to a homeless shelter.
1.00$ FOR every game that was a shock to me,it didnt stop me from letting my son play but come on $1.00 per game. The rides are great for kids they really do have lots fun here. You buy the bracelet and ride all day, yeah Ill be returning there hopefully theyll change the game to 50 cents.
