Fremont Street has a great light show and you should go down there to see that. BUT there are lots of elderly people sitting at tables who look like they are about to take their last breath, and people pushing babies around at 2:00 a.m.
I really didn't care for any of the casinos...Gold Nugget was o.k.
But again, the light show was Great!

Happened to eat at Hugs's Cellar at Fremont St. What a great surprise to catch this wonderful light and sound show!! Excellent fun for the whole family!! Loved it!!

Words can not describe the graphic experience that Fremont gives. My kids(9 & 7) even laid down on the street with their hands behind their heads to look up and obsorbed the full effect. Very Cool !!!

Food/snacks are much cheaper than 'the strip'. We parked our car @ the Binnon casino; just have the ticket validated by one of the cashier in the casino.

i loved fremont street we sw it last year and the shows are always great a well as the shopping and drinking it,s like a giantmobile party i highly recommend it

There were a couple of artists, but I was expecting much more given other people's ratings. The light show was OK. But we left feeling that we should have skipped it.

I have been to Vegas six times the Fremont Experience is great, and there is alot of other things going on that you can check out. It make going downtown Las Vegas a must for a 1st time vister.

It was interesting to see and the casinos had lower table limits, but they were very full of cigarette smoke. We did not find the souveniers any cheaper here. Now that we visited, we would not hurry back. It is worth seeing if you have never seen it before.

This place is crazy. A little seedier than the strip, but a more laid back party atmosphere. All the casinos downtown are less busy and offer lower table miniumums. The light show makes this place unique. There are a ton of people getting crazy down here too, drinking on the street, generally having a great time. Highly recommended.
