Amazing ExperienceWe had a wonderful flight over the canyon John who was our pilot was very good and gave us a good commentary, we had the champagne lunch which was very enjoyable.
I was such an amazing view i would recommend this trip to anyone visiting vegas NOT to be missed.OVERALL

A BlastOur tranfers were on time. The flights were wonderful. The sites were amazing. There isn't anything we would change (except a few of the songs played on the helicopter). North Rim Tour - save your moneyThe experience was not quite up to the promo video. About 1/2 of the 25 minute trip is over scrub forest, the rest is similar to the view one can see from the view points on the rim, and even less spectacular when one is assigned one of two rear-facing seats in the six passenger helicopter. needs total reorganizationI was very excited about taking this trip, by the time it was over I regretted every minute. We were told to wait (and must be on time) in the underground hotel lobby..it was 110 degrees, van was 15 minutes late, we were dripping already. Terrible experienceWe arrived 30 minutes before scheduled takeoff to find a line out the door. When we finally got to the counter, we were asked for photo id's - I did not have one - no mention of it in the confirmation letter. The man at the counter hemmed an hawed and then let me on, after telling us there was a $20 ful surcharge. Again no advance notice ...3 of 3 Yahoo! Great Experience!A sight not to be missed. This was my first helicopter ride, and it was a great time!
I went with friends-the best way to do it.
There was a long wait at the airport and our flight was later than it should have been, but seeing the strip this way was one of the best memories of the trip. We will do it again on our next trip.

Poor papillonBy booking directly with papillon you forfeit any chance of a full refund if things go wrong,a nd in our case they did! They subcontract to a coach firm to take you to the launch pad, by doing this you pay extra. If the ride is cancelled they will rudely give you back 50%, with a lot of attitude.
