Saw this during a business trip in January '05. It took longer to walk back to the exhibit then to walk through it. I thought the experience was over priced, compared to similar experiece (Gardens at Mirage in '98). I found the phone devices giving the narrative of marginal quality. I'm going back to Vegas in October of '05 and will not take my wife this exhibit.

This was a really nice aquarium...quite different from any I've ever seen. They have lots of sharks and predatory marine life. The overall place is a bit small but the million gallon shark tank was the closest I've ever gotten to feeling what it would be like to be diving in the deep dark ocean with dozens of HUGE sharks all around you. Sharks swimming overhead and the feeling that you were in a tropical rain forest were wonderful!

Never mind that it took a good 20 minutes just to find the reef, but we spent over thity bucks for a look at a large fish tank. I really thought that given the images on the bilboards and signs that the size of the sharks would have been a lot more impressive. Granted it was only myself and my husband, and young kids would have enjoyed themselves ...

we liked seeing the different sea life, the listening devices were very nice, how ever you are rushed threw, and quit cramped, way to many people

A great place to take the family and its so beautiful we can't wait until we get another chance to go!

I liked the self-guided tour with the handsets they pass out to everyone, where you punch in a number for each display case. It allows you to go at your own pace and learn about what you're looking at. The only down side was that some of the signage with the numbers corresponding to the case were hard to find. The people were very freindly.And the exibit was very well mentaned.

This was definately not a good purchase. Very short and not much to see for your money but awesome sights just not many of them. Sea World is a much better buy go there instead.........
