Not the most authentic but even better.

Pink Taco is one of my favorite places to go. Maybe a lot of people like to unwind in a calm atmosphere after a long week at work, but I prefer the lively fun crowds that I can always find here! I always meet with my friends on Friday nights, probably one of the busiest of the week, and we always have a blast. Great food, great drinks, and great service! I can never get enough of this place!

Perhaps being San Diegans we are spoiled but there is no way in heaven or on earth that a pitcher of margaritas and two appetizers should cost $61 bucks!!!! Yes, $61 dollars (not pesos) for 3 screwers (err skewers) of carne asada, two cups of tortilla soup, and a pitcher of so-so margaritas. The staff were nice, the food was tasty, but it should have cost at least 50% less. If you decide to visit stick to advertised Happy Hours.

My husband and heard about this place on Entertainment Tonight, or one of those types of shows. So we took a romantic weekend trip to Vegas, stayed at the Hard Rock, and decided to try it. From that moment we were hooked. Every Vegas trip has a stop planned at Pink Taco. Waitresses were fast and friendly. Buy 1 get 1 free Happy Hour was deal. ...

As a former Vegas resident, I can tell you locals don't really like going down to the Strip. However, the Pink Taco is worth the trip. The salsa is made fresh and tastes authentic. The salads are great, especiallly the chopped turkey. However, the top reason to go to the Pink Taco is the margaritas. Strong and GOOD! The one thing I'd skip on this menu is actually the pink taco. It's kind of greasy.

I have definitely had better. After all the ravings we heard about it, we were hoping for much better. The food was a bit bland and what was supposed to be spicy was not even close. As a Mexican I never expect perfection but this was way off.

My boyfriend & I go to Vegas every year & in 2006 we ate at the Pink Taco. Awesome food. You really get your monies worth. Great service & atmosphere. Drinks are good too. Anybody who likes mexican food should try it when they visit Vegas. We do everytime.

I am from Texas and have had LOTS of real Mexican food but this place was amazing....I had the Pink Tacos and the queso and it was to die for!! And the mojitos were the best since Cuba Libra in Dallas! VIVA PINK TACO!!!!

Just another trendy place for the up and coming crowd to waste their money. Food is average processed stuff, drinks are decent but expensive. Typical Scottsdale.
