they are very bad about keeping appointments. I was booked with my therapist and they keep moving me to whoever is open even though i was already booked in advance. Bathrooms were very dirty and no towels. very unprofessional staff.

Scandals is not a very nice place to go, I was thinking it would be really nice but it is so out dated when you are inside the salon, service was really bad,very loud I could hear people talking the whole time, I used to see a girl who did my facials that was good but she is gone they have a high turnover rate..I will not be going back

Very friendly, always smiles when entering and leaving. Wonderful services, hair, nails, skin, massage has been great until I had to see a boy, yes very young immature boy with body odor. Hint they do have showers there, I'll go back but not to him.
