I am from the Lou and I visit the Arch every chance I get! I feel so proud to have one of the most amazing tourist attractions in my home town. Each time I travel outside the state of Missouri, and return home, the first warm and embracing reminder of arrival is the sight of the Gateway Arch. I can always view it from the airplane window, and it ...
I guess I didn't know what to expect. I figured it was a big elevator that took a group to the top. Um no, it's like a ride at Epcot. There are about six pods that each take five people to the top. there was nothing I disliked about St louis or the gate way it was beautiful, awesome, breathtaking and wonderful on the outside and well as the inside.
This place is a really cool place to go right aloing the river and theres so much to do around it. When you go to the top of the arch there is no other view like it it is the most amazeing thing youll ever see.

How would we recognize St. Louis if not for the Arch? Gateway to the West! Has anyone truly spent the time that this great museum deserves? Would you go to Paris and not see the Eiffel Tower? New York and not see Lady Liberty? South Dakota and no Rushmore? Your Honor, I rest my case!
its fun the first time and surprising but the second time its is kinda boring it is alot more crowded during the summer but i have nbeen there near 4th of july and in june june was less crowded though its fun with kids but if you are afraid of hights dont go or if your closterfobic don't go.

We were there, it will be 2 years this coming 4th of July. Got to see Charlie Daniels (my husbands favorite)and wanted to see Kenny Roger's (my favorite) stood and sat in the ...
