Take a look at ALL the malls in the St. Louis area! NWP is the mills in ten years! Alton Square, Jamestown, and a bunch of malls in the area are dying with no visible hope in the near future. Northwest Plaza (The Plaza) used to be the main event for me and my friends growing up and now when I go, it hurts me to see what it has become...No tilt! No movies! No food!

I love the fact that it is clean and I feel the mall can still survive if the right stores are there. This mall has a bad atmosphere...it used to be a good mall to go to but i wouldnt go there alone now!!...Way too much trouble and ignoraunt people, as well as rude employees!!!

Anyone who says this Mall is good or great has no idea or is 10 years old....this Mall is UGLY, OLD, and is not in a Great location! People are mugged, shot or robbed all the time there.....and NO ONE in this area wants to go there at night.....so please, don't comment unless you speak the truth about it.

I work near NWP and used to like running over there for a bit of lunchtime shopping. The folks at Dillards (unlike those in the Galleria) were consistently courteous and helpful, as were those at Bath and Body Works.
