By far the best Wart museum we have ever seen. Our kids even loved it--this museum is a hidden jewel in KC!

It's hard to believe this is not a subject studied more in our schools. This war is one which changed the world especially for americans. The museum is somber yet satisfying. I would go back but if you go make sure you have plenty of time. I can't believe it's the only one of its kind in the USA.

An excellent educational site to visit. Great displays including many modern display methods (interactive displays, projection systems, see through floors, etc.) Plan on spending about 2 hours at least. The additional trip up the tower is OK if you like heights.

we really liked all the different displays and fun thigs to do there are movies and many other neat things everyone had a great time
