What made this cave so majestic was the huge waterfall. It is so unbelievable that beneath the surface where Silver Dollar City is there is a river of rushing water pouring over a gigantic waterfall. God is amazing! Plus there are parts of the cave that tie in to the story of Sheperd of the Hills The sad part of the experience is the guide who ...
The cave was awesome!! But they repeat how hard its going to be to go through the cave over and over, but its really not that bad to go through so dont be scared to go its worth a look!!!
The history of the cave and elaborate interior! WOW! The Lantern Tour is a must as well as the regular tour. The small passageways are great! No other cave is quite like this one and the experience is definitely unique and breathtaking!!
To me the best, part of Silver Dollar City. Having the largest entry cavern of any other cavern system in North America, it really is quite impressive but then I'm one who finds nature made attractions more interesting/more beautiful than man made ones.
This is a 1 hour, walking tour that includes squeezing through some tight/low passages. ...
This was the best part of SDC. It is a great way to escape the heat. The tour guide was interesting and entertaining.

Best part of Silver Dollar City, and the workout is NOT as strenuous as they make it sound at the bigging...highly recommended. Much better than the rides!
The tour guides kind of over stress the fact about the 650 steps that you have to walk. The fact is 550 of them are down hill and the 100 you do have to walk up are spaced out throughout the tour and besides 100 steps is only like walking up 55 or 60 feet. Other than them scaring people off with that speech it was pretty good.

This is by far my favorite thing to do at Silver Dollar City. During the summer it is great to take the tour in the afternoon to escape from the Ozark’s heat. You travel 500 feet below the surface, but it doesn’t feel like it. Your guide stops frequently so you don’t feel rushed. When you get to the deepest spot you will be amazed. There is a giant ...

My parents went here when they were first married, so my husband and I visited the cave when we first got married. They no longer take your picture on the cement steps, with everyone else on the tour...now they take individual pictures of you down in the cave. The picture package has one 5X7 and some wallets and it costs about $20.00, let them take ...
I took my children into the cave for the first time this summer. They loved it. My oldest son thought it was great. We were right up front with the tour guide and he got to ask all the questions that he wanted. They were all completely awe struck by the sheer size of the cave. We can't wait to go back and tour it again.
