love the new comerica park, especially now that the tigers are winning. the first game we went to was awesome, the atmosphere, the seating, everything is customer friendly. the only problem is the prices! couldn't afford to take the kids too often, it is easy to spend way too much!!

Not for the Purist Fan !!

Yes you get a great view of Downtown, and there are no poles, but thats were the good ends !! You sit a mile away from the action, especially in the upper deck. There is no place to get out of the sun or rain unless you have a lot of time and lots of money to go to the concession stands. If you're sitting down the 3rd baseline on a sunny ...
We went to a Tigers game with our son and grandsons and had a great time. Afterwards we enjoyed the fireworks display which was a hit because we were there on the 4th July weekend. I would definitely recommend it for others to go, just for the experience.

Watchin the good ole' Tigers
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/04/05
There is no better feeling than supporting your home team! My favorite time to go to a Tigers game is when it is a bit nippy outside and I am cuddled up in a big coat or blanket. You can't complain about the food service because the all American hot dogs with pepsi go great with watching the Tigers bring in a home run for us Detroiters. Its all ...

Tiger Town
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/04/05
Comerica park is the home of the Tigers. Not a great baseball team, but a really great stadium. Nice open air atmosphere, real grass on the field and things to do and see for everyone. They have rides for the kids and great frozen drinks for the adults. It's just a really nice place to see a ballgame.
Living in the area I can tell you about Comerica Park - it is a good ball park to take your kids. The only problem with this ball park is the area - it is very congested and the parking just isn't there - it cost alot to park when a special event is happening. However, the ball park itself is very good. Rides, nostaglia, and of course world ...

Beautiful ball park, love the concerts held there, and beautiful location downtown Detroit. Have plenty to do within and clubs attached, with nice resturants.

Definently will go again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/29/05
We had a great time at this park my son was able to see all the animals up close. They were all out and about showing off for the crowd, it was awesome. We had some really good snacks to eat. Pizza pretzel and cheese, some ice cream. It was a fun day the employees were kind. It was a long walk through the park so at the end we got to ride a train back to the entrance. My son loved it. And overall we will be going there again.
I LIKE HERE EVERYTHING. IT'S A GREAT PLACE!It defenetly met my expectation, even exceded. I would strongly suggest for everyone to visit this place in Detroit.
