A booklover's dream. John King Books is in a funky converted factory on the edge of downtown Detroit, and it hold hundreds of thousands of used & rare books, most much cheaper than you'd find online! Helpful staff, ample parking, family friendly. Well worth stopping in when you're in the area...maybe even well worth the trip to Detroit just for this store!

Located near all major expressways this sprawling set of warehouses supposedly houses nearly a Million Books ... I'll bet it really does. Friendly knowledgeable staff are the frosting on the cake ... this is a MUST SEE for any book lover visiting the Detroit Area.
