There are a lot of great shops in the marketplace where you can find everything and anything! A must see, must do place to take out of town visitors. The food selections in the marketplace are remarkable. You can work your way down it and find all sorts of delights to fill your tummy!
I Love Faneuil Hall Marketplace! They have food from all over the world, you can sample just about anything you want. It is a great place for the whole family,or just by yourself. But if you are having out of town company, that wants to see the Boston erea,to me this is the First place to go.Plus they have so many shops that sell unique items. It has a great atmosphere, and people are so friendly.
Faneuil Hall is best for the food-- the Monkey Bar has the best smoothies in Boston, and there is an excellent selection of pizza, Mexican food, Asian food, and burgers. It can difficult to choose. Quincy Mkt nearby has great shopping.
Really a fun place to take in more sights, sounds, and tastes than most people can even register. The food here is awesome, and there is so much variety that you could almost eat here every day and never be bored. I make the trip almost every time I'm in the city, and I never regret it.
This has the best mix of history, food and shopping in one area. Centrally located by the T to many other attractions, it provides a casual eye-catching attraction for lovers of food and great shops.
I love the atmosphere this place gives. For all the people out there that haven't been to the east coast, this is a great place to go to feel what it is all about. The food in Quincy Market is quality food for a good price, and it gives you a taste of all the different cultures. Just being around this area, you can feel the history of the place, from the cobble roads, to Faneuil Hall. Great for any tourist.
Right in the heart of Boston, it offers a wide variety of food choices. Also, I like the feeling of activity with all the people, clubs, and entertainment.
What I liked about this place was that you got a variety of cuisine at an economical price in one place. What I didn't like was that it is often difficult to get a place to sit.
This is the place to go to watch juggler's and other artists right in the square and never have to pay a dime (unless you want to). They are VERY entertaining and even include children of all ages! And if you want to spend some money - check out the GREAT fudge and ice cream shops! The little kiosks are so great! And take in a little comedy ...
