It was fun following the trail throughout the city! It showed lots of different things! It's easy too, because you are following a red line! Try it if you ever go to Boston!

This is an excellent way to see the city from many angles. Not only do you view the historical landmarks that are left, but by walking through diverse sections, you are reminded of all the nationalities that now make up this older city. Fun way to meet people and try to visualise the way life was in other eras. For example most of this city is ...
A great way to see Boston on the cheap and stressfree. You park and you walk, taking in the sights and sounds and smells of Boston. The North End is a particular favorite of mine.

Best way to view Boston

A clear path through the city allows you to see so many many of the beautiful, historical landmarks, as well as some of the newer architecture that has modified the city. We followed the red colored path on our own, but frequently we ran into guides explaining the history and evolution of the city. Of course there are some fabulous places to stop ...

The boston commons itself is good one hour of seeing-around. It is said that the commons was established as a public ground for everybodys cattles to graze. To keep its pubic ...
The Freedom Trail is by far the best way to see Boston. It's an absolutely gorgeous city and walking through it is the best way to absorb the beauty of this cosmopolitan metro area. Plus, you learn about Boston's history and the history of this great country to boot! There's something about seeing the gravestones and meeting houses ...
The freedom trail has something for everyone, especially history enthusiasts. The walk is long but worth it as you take a trip through history to the days of the revolution. In my opinion, the only tour in Boston that's worth it.
This is one of the best ways to get to know Boston. The freedom trail starts in Boston Common and winds its way all the way to Charlestown where the U.S.S Constitution is docked. We went in June when the tulips were in bloom on the Common and really enjoyed the beautiful weather. Boston is a beautiful old city and it was refreshing to walk through ...
