Good selection of items by many designers. Recently did Christmas shopping at Louis and was told that they have only blue or brown ribbon for "the holidays." When I requested red ribbon for the numerous Christmas gifts I had bought, this was denied. Did my shopping at Neiman-Marcus where there is no dearth of red ribbon. I'm finished with Louis after many years.
