Regi's atmosphere is good but food is not sock knocking offRegi's is a nice place to go and sit outside. It's on a relatively quiet street in Federal Hill and has a comfortable atmosphere. It doesn't feel like a chain. I've been twice. The first time the service was abominable, but the second time the service was good. The food is pretty good.
