The food, the amazingly attentive service, the food, the casual but classy atmosphere, the food, the incredibly cheap prices... I can't think of one bad thing about this place. Try the pumpkin appetizer, the terrific soups, the vast array of vegetarian dishes, and what I've been told is some of the best lamb on the face of the earth. When we can't decide where to go for dinner, the Helmand is ALWAYS an excellent choise.
