Went on 2 tours in the same day:
First the Cemetery Tour: This is a 1 time tour and it is very informative as I feel like I actually learned alot.

At night was the Haunted/Ghost tour: I would go on this tour again. Great stories and fun tour. I think I may have had nightmares that night after this tour.

We had Ernie as our tour guide for both tours and I would recommend asking for him.
