Love love love this place, it's the only thing that I really like about New Orleans. The hurricanes do cost 6.50, HOWEVER the glasses cost $3.00 and you can turn in your glasses after the fact for a refund. Don't let that other review worry you, she was probably too drunk to remember about the glass deposit.

This is a lovely place to have courtyard drinks while enjoying live music- BUT WATCH OUT FOR THE MONEY-HUNGRY STAFF! When we went, we learned later that our server ripped us off!! This truly is a great place. Saturday nights are PACKED, be prepared to stand. Sunday nights are really low-key and nice to sit and watch the cool flame-fountain.
The hurricanes at Pat O's are very yummy. For the inexperienced drinker, one may be enough. They're definitely the best-priced hurricanes. There are three different bar areas ...
